He focuses on leveraging technology investments to increase productivity, scale, and business value. He has owned businesses, negotiated their purchase and sale, and served as the “hired gun” for investor/private equity-owned firms.
He has focused on the latest Fractional CFO and Outsourced Accounting concepts for the past decade. As a result, he understands integrating finance, operations, and technology to drive growth and enterprise value. Ken has been guiding businesses through rapid growth, restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions throughout his entire career.

Wesley Chu – Managing Partner
Wes has been applying his technology and finance skills to help startup companies swiftly scale throughout his entire career. He utilizes software tools to maximize organizational output, growth, and business value.
His first foray into business was in Silicon Valley at many startups. Then, he jumped to Wall Street to be the 25th employee of what is now one of the top 5 most significant hedge funds in the world. From there, he ventured into business ownership by building the first world-class indoor climbing gyms in Southern California. As a result, he has acquired a deep, first-hand understanding of the challenges entrepreneurs and leaders of growing businesses face regularly and how to use technology to streamline operations driving growth and enterprise value.
