Ken has spent his career helping businesses navigate the challenges of rapid growth, restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions. A seasoned leader, he’s been on every side of the table building and selling companies of his own, negotiating acquisitions, and serving as the “hired gun” for investor- and private equity–backed firms.
For the past decade, Ken has specialized in Fractional CFO and Outsourced Accounting solutions, giving growing businesses access to the same level of financial leadership once reserved for larger enterprises. His approach integrates finance, operations, and technology to unlock productivity, scalability, and enterprise value.
What sets Ken apart is his ability to see both the big picture and the details that drive it. By pairing data-driven strategy with hands-on experience, he helps leaders make confident decisions that move their businesses forward.

Wes has built his career at the intersection of finance, technology, and entrepreneurship, helping businesses scale smarter and faster. From Silicon Valley startups to Wall Street hedge funds to building his own companies, Wes brings a rare blend of technical expertise and real-world leadership experience to every client relationship.
He began his career in Silicon Valley, applying his finance and technology skills at a series of startups before joining Wall Street as the 25th employee of what is now one of the world’s top five hedge funds. Later, as a business owner, Wes founded and scaled some of Southern California’s first world-class indoor climbing gyms. These experiences gave him first-hand insight into the challenges entrepreneurs face from managing growth and operations to building enterprise value.
Today, Wes leverages his background in software tools, data systems, and financial strategy to help organizations maximize output, streamline operations, and achieve sustainable growth. His ability to merge technology with finance allows leaders to gain clarity, control, and confidence in their business decisions.
Wes holds a BA and BSE in Computer Science and Engineering & Mathematics from
the University of Pennsylvania.
